Mobius Tubes MT is an artifact that the offense can play during the regroup phase. When played, it releases all ships (belonging to all players) from the warp, after which they return to their owners' colonies of their owners' choice.
Notes on usage[]
Due to the MT only being usable by the offense and only during the regroup phase, it is easy for players who have this card to miss their opportunity to use it. Some groups use a house rule to allow players to play a MT if they had it in their hand during their regroup phase but missed it until later (such as after their turn is over, or after destiny is drawn); however, such house rules are not recommended by this wiki and are not mentioned in the Cosmodex. Rather, this wiki recommends that players who teach Cosmic Encounter to new players should make sure to explain how to read an artifact card and interpret when it can be played, and that new players be given enough time to fully read their cards and understand what they do so that they don't miss their chance to play the cards that they want to play; though this wiki also considers that the use of some leniency with new players is not a bad thing.
